Products I Don't Use Enough #2
Seeing as I have a lot of beauty products it's only natural that some of them don't get used... right? Well here are some products I really should use more.
Firstly, the Benefit Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette which I got for Christmas... 2014. And I've barely touched it! I know, I'm awful. All these blushes are lovely colours with great pigmentation so I really am going to try and get more use out of them, especially as one of my New Year's resolution was to stop hoarding and use my nice things.
The Dr Jart Regenerating Beauty Balm is a base that I really enjoy, yet I barely use it! I don't really know why as it sits really well on my dry skin and looks natural. I really recommend the Dr Jart Beauty Balm's, despite rarely using them. Another product I love is the Maybelline Better Skin Concealer, as I mentioned in this post, and yet I rarely use it. This concealer has great coverage and blends in well on top of foundation.
Strangely, considering my obsession, there is a lipstick included in this list and that is the MAC Viva Glam Miley. I adore this colour, it is so bold and pigmented without feeling drying on the lips. I think I barely use this out of fear of running out but I do tend to break it out for special occasions.
Lastly, a product I don't enjoy that much: the Nars Creamy Concealer. As I said in this post I don't really like this concealer on me so I will probably be passing it on to someone who will use it.
What products do you think you should use more?

My Pamper Products
In the spirit of valentines day and self love, I thought I would talk to you about the products I use when I'm having a pamper session.
Firstly, we all love to take a long, warm bath to relax. I like to take advantage of this time laid (relatively) still to use a face mask, my current favourite is Rosy Cheeks from Lush which really soothes my skin and calms down any redness. Recently I've started using delicious smelling shower gels, instead of just whichever is cheapest, as it makes every shower or bath feel special. Currently I'm been using the Baylis and Harding Midnight Fig and Pomegranate which smells amazing and feels luxurious.
Also while in the shower or bath I use a bath scrub to soften my skin, my go to is Soap and Glory Sugar Crush which I repurchase over and over again! It's got brilliant scrubbiness (is that word?) without being abrasive and smells tasty. After tearing myself from a relaxing bath, which normally doesn't happen until the water has gone completely cold, I like to slather my body in a body lotion, my current choice if the Victorias Secret Body Lotion in Pure Seduction (my favourite scent!).
A small way to pamper yourself regularly is simply lighting a candle and doing a pedicure! Currently on my nails is the Topshop Nail Varnish in Salamander. A spritz of your favourite perfume can also make you feel pampered and luxurious, one of my favourites is the Viva La Juicy perfume.
What do you like to use to make yourself feel special and pampered?

My Favourite Maybelline Products
Maybelline is a brand which, while having many excellent products, I seem to forget about when considering my favourite products, despite using many of them daily. So to give the recognition it deserves, this post is all about my favourite Maybelline Products.
The Fit Me powder is also incredible; it sets foundation without looking over-the-top matte, giving more of a satin finish. The combination of loving the Fit Me powder and concealer makes me believe I should try the foundation, has anyone else tested it out?
I have mentioned this in previous posts but I adore the Maybelline Master Sculpt in medium/dark as it offers the perfect, cool toned contour powder. A lipstick I really enjoyed wearing during Autumn and Winter was the Colour Sensational Matte Lipstick in divine wine, the perfect deep burgundy colour while still comfortable and long lasting on the lips.
Unfortunately, I have not tried any of the other Maybelline lipsticks but the Colour Drama Pencils are some of my favourite bold colours because of their brilliant staying power and pigment! Here shown are the shades Light It Up and Keep It Classy.
I also completely forgot to photograph the Maybelline Colour Tattoos, particularly in the shade Rose Gold as I use this every day! It really does stay in place all day and make my eyeshadows pop.
What are your favourite Maybelline products?

My Travel Make Up Bag
This past weekend I went for an overnight trip to Leeds so I thought I would take the opportunity to show you what I take in my travel make up bag.
First lets talk eyes:
> Maybelline Color Tattoo in Rose Gold as it's my favourite eye base.
> Make Up Revolution Salvation Girls on Tour Palette for day time and night time appropriate eye looks, especially important as I was attending a 'black tie' house party.
> 2True Black Eyeliner because it's the only eyeliner which actually stays on my lids (but it seems superdrug doesn't sell it anymore?!).
> Clinique Extreme Impact Mascara as it's a mini and I'm really enjoying it at the moment.
> Freedom Eyebrow Pomade in Dark Brown for great brows.
Next, base:
> L'Oreal True Match Foundation in R1 as it's my go to foundation, for the party I applied two layers.
> Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer because dark under eye circles are my enemy.
> Maybelline Fit Me Powder in 120 which I'm currently trailing, so far I love it.
> Maybelline Master Sculpt in Medium/Dark because this is cooler than the Light shade so great for contouring.
And finally the Clinique Lip Pop in Cherry Pop because red lips are my favourites.
What do you take in your travel make up bag?
